摘要
对BT20钛合金薄板激光焊接头的疲劳性能进行试验研究,测试不同应力水平下的疲劳寿命,得到BT20钛合金薄板母材、激光焊接头和活性激光焊接头的中值疲劳寿命,并得到激光焊接头99%可靠度和95%置信度水平上的安全疲劳寿命,分析激光焊和活性激光焊方法对接头疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果对在航空工业中采用激光焊方法制备可靠的接头和结构具有参考意义。
Fatigue life of BT20 Titanium alloy sheet and its laser beam welded joints was evaluated experimentally. The mean fatigue life of the joints, under various stress levels, was obtained. The lower band life of lease beam welded joints, with a survival probability of 99% and a confidence level of 95%, was also obtained. The effect of welding condition on the fatigue life of the joints was analyzed. It was found that the fatigue life of the joints, either welded by conventional leaser beam or by active leaser beam, is lower than that of the base metal.
