摘要
通过对工艺模板组成对象进行分析,将工艺模板抽象为由固定格、变量格、对象格和循环格组成的实体,提出了“虚拟工艺卡片”的概念。利用XML技术,设计了一套描述工艺卡片表格的通用XML词汇表,基于这套词汇表和DTD灵活构建了所需工艺文件模板,并以XML文档形式存储。用户可以根据需要对生成的工艺模板进行修改,为实现CAPP系统的通用性和实用性打下了重要基础。
Based on the analysis of the components of process card template,which consists of a series of variant tables,including solid tables,variable tables,object table and multiple tables,the conception of virtual process card is presented in this paper.Using XML technology,the authors design a vocabulary list to describe the tables of process cards.The card template is constructed with the vocabulary list and DTD.After its construction,the card template is saved as XML document,which enables users to revise the card template in their demands,and makes the CAPP system more general and practical in use.
