摘要
采用CHR207、CHR227和CHR237焊条,在45号钢基体上进行了手工电弧堆焊和不同堆焊层金属的微动摩擦试验。分析了堆焊熔敷金属的显微组织,研究了微动摩擦试验结果。分析研究表明,堆焊金属与基体金属具有良好的冶金结合,第一层堆焊金属受基体金属的稀释程度影响明显,界面处金属过渡层的宽度因焊条种类的不同而异。基体金属和堆焊层金属具有类似的摩擦特性图,微动均处于完全滑移区。
Surfacing process is conducted on the substrate of steel 45 by shielded metal arc welding process using electrodes CHR207、CHR227 and CHR237,and the fretting wear test for different deposited metals is performed.The microstructure of the deposited metal and the morphology of the fretting wear trace are studied.The results show that a good metallurgical bonding of the substrate and the deposited metal is obtained,the dilution effect of the substrate metal on the first pass deposited metal is obvious,the width of transition region at the interface of the substrate and the first pass deposited metal is different for three electrodes CHR207、CHR227 and CHR237.There is a similar fretting wear characteristics for the substrate and deposited metal,and the fretting wear is in the slip regime for substrate and different pass metals.
