Design for 3-Dimensional Modeling of Spiral Casing of a Centrifugal Pump Based on Catia

采用CATIA的零件模块和创成式曲面造型模块的三维造型功能和实体转换功能,实现了蜗壳的三维造型,同时为采用有限元分析方法和流体动力学分析方法,进一步研究离心泵蜗壳提供了实体模型。

This paper presents the approach for creating 3-dimensional model of spiral casing of a centrifugal pump by adopting part design,generative shape design and transform entity in software Catia.An entity model for further finite-element study and hydro-dynamic analysis is available.
