摘要
报道了LHO-1型催化剂在中国石油锦西石化分公司和中国石化广州石化分公司的工业应用。标定结果表明,使用LHO-1型催化剂后,汽油烯烃体积分数下降约5~15个百分点,并具有较强的重油裂化性能。同时,汽油辛烷值保持不变,汽油安定性增加,诱导期显著提高。
Commercial run results of LHO-1 residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) catalyst in two commercial plants were reported. The examination test results showed that the olefin content in gasoline was brought down by 5 -15 percentage points; meanwhile, it exhibited strong residue cracking ability. Octane number of the gasoline remained unchanged, with stability of the gasoline enhanced and induction period prolonged.
