摘要
比较了中国石化齐鲁石化研究院开发的SQ105吸附剂和国外参比吸附剂。对SQ105吸附剂在尿素装置“两脱一解”脱硫工艺CO2脱硫单元的应用情况作了介绍。应用结果表明,SQ105吸附剂在40℃时,对COS和H2S具有很高的脱除活性,净化后,CO2硫含量满足尿素合成的要求,能够替代水解工艺常温脱除二氧化碳中的COS和H2S。
The first commercial application of SQ105 sorbent for sulfur removal from carbon dioxide in a urea plant was described. SQ105 exhibited high activity for removal COS and H2S at 40℃, which met the requirement on sulfur removal from CO2 in urea plants, and can be a substitute to existing hydrolysis process for COS and H2S removal.
