摘要
系统考察了影响碳化法制备无定形硅铝孔结构的因素。结果表明,加料顺序、加料方式、成胶温度、老化时间、搅拌速率以及干燥焙烧等因素对孔结构均有明显影响。通过优化加料顺序、加料方式和制备条件,可以制备出理想孔结构的高硅铝比无定形硅铝干胶产品。
Factors influencing pore structure of amorphous vestigated. The results showed that sequence and way of silica-alumina prepared by carbonization were infeeding, reaction temperature, time of aging, stirring speed and drying and calcinations had remarkable influence on the pore structure. High Si/Al amorphous silica-alumina with satisfactory pore structure could be prepared via optimization the preparation condition.
