摘要
厚板爆炸焊接的焊接质量、焊接与否都比薄板更加强烈地依赖于爆速、复板加速间距、抛掷角、打击速度等焊接参数.该文根据可焊窗口理论,对厚板爆炸焊接参数选择时应注意的问题进行了分析,尤其对焊接上限问题进行了较深入地讨论.此外,还根据实验结果给出了铝钢、铜钢厚板焊接的经验公式和爆炸可焊窗口.
The quality of explosive welding of thicker metal plates, whether the welding or not more stongly depend on these parameters such as detonation velocity, fiyer-plate velocity, dynamic angle of obliquity and the stand-off between flyer and base plates than the welding of thinner ones. According to weldable window theories, some problems to choose welding parameters of thick plates were discussed, especially the upper limit in weldable window was investigated in this paper.Moreover, experimental formula and explosive welding windows for aluminum to mild steel and copper to mild steel were also given.
