Management of the state - owned enterprises is always an interesting topic. It ＇s an endless pursuing goal to manage the enterprise perfectly ,especially in the days of integration of the global economy. The state- owned enterprises should change the former traditional thoughts, carry out the spirit of keeping pace with the times, make overall adjustment to perfect itself continuously. The thesis analyzes the widespread problem the state - owned enterprise faced with firstly, then puts forward management measures aiming at these problems, and makes concrete analysis combining our actual facts.
