摘要
目前,银行的个人理财业务还只是一项普通的中间业务,理财业务产品品种少,缺乏个性化服务,并未做到真正的“代客理财”,未发挥其应有的作用。工商银行只有结合自身的金融业务特点,加大科技投入、多角度创新理财产品,提高人员素质,营造出适应市场需要,有特色的个人理财服务格局,才能获得客户的信赖,才能在激烈的金融竞争中争取主动,赢得发展,立于不败之地。
At present, personal financing operation is still an ordinary intermediary operation, and it is far from the real " handling money in the customers' stead" with few items of option and less individualized services. Commercial banks ought to enlarge scientific investment, enrich financing products, improve the quality of the staff and thus create a set of financing services of special feature, so as to win the trust of clients and triumph in the severe financial competition.
