民营企业已成为我国大部分行业的重要群体。如何建立起为民营企业提供信用支持的多层次的融资体系，突破现有融资体制的“瓶颈”，则是我们必须面对的一次重要改革。

Privately-runned enterprises have become a major power in most of the industries in China. Presently it is a major issue to carry out a reform to break the bottleneck in financing and set up a multi-level financing system to provide credit support for privately-runned enterprises.
