论我国司法鉴定制度的完善

On the Perfection of China＇s Judicature Identification System

随着司法活动的不断发展，我国司法鉴定制度所隐含着的缺陷日益显现，2005年10月1日起施行的《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》解决了其中一些问题，但目前的司法鉴定体制还仍然存在一些不足，制度还需要完善。

Along with the continuous development of judicial practices, various hidden defects with our country＇s judicature identification system begin to be frequently exposed. The Decision about Supervision Subject of Judicature Identification, which came into effect on October 1st in 2005, has been successful in solving some problems. Yet the judicature identification system in our country is still defective and need to be perfected.
