当前,市场竞争日益激烈,企业所处的经营环境面临更多的不确定性,企业面临的各种风险也随之加大。本文在对企业风险的涵义及其分类进行剖析的基础上,探讨了风险度量的两种常见方法:杠杆分析法和概率分析法,并对这两种方法做出对比分析及评价。

At present, the market competition is fierce day by day. More uncertainty has appeared in the management environment that enterprises are in, thereupon increasing various risks which enterprises face. So, based on the definition and clarification of the risk, this paper has probed into two kinds of square laws - Leverage analytic approach and analytic approach of the probability.
