摘要
本文在循环经济的涵义及实施原则的基础上,结合我国西部地区的实际情况,提出循环经济是我国西部可持续发展的必然选择的观点,研究了在我国西部地区建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的现实意义,并提出相应的措施和政策建议。
Based on the concept and principle of circle economy, connecting with the realistic problems in West China, the article puts forward the circle economy is necessary choice getting sustainable development in West China; studies the significance about to build resources saving society and environment amity society; gives some measures and policy advice.
