摘要
权利冲突是日常生活中一种普遍的现象,它的存在给人们的生活带来了极大的不便,破坏了人类和谐共存的要求。在此,本文就权利冲突产生的原因进行初步的探讨,以便于对其有更好的了解,也为解决这种现象提供一个方向。
The right conflict, a kind of widespread phenomenon in the daily life, brings people＇s life tremendous inconvenience, breaks the request of mankind＇s harmonious coexistence. So, this article has a simple discussion on the reasons of the right conflict, so as to have a better understanding of it, and give us a solution.
