无线网络依靠无线介质无可比拟的灵活性、组网成本低、可移动性和极强的可扩容性,使用户真正享受到简单、方便、快捷的连接。本文对无线网络的概念、充满魅力的应用、无线网络的组成、技术标准和无线网络的安全等问题进行了阐述。

WLAN （Wireless Local Area Network） is featured by the wireless connection, which makes it possible for people to set up a local area network at low cost and move around with a laptop connected to the network all along. It is flexible and has incredible potential to dilate. Therefore, only with WLAN can people swiftly connect to the network and truly enjoy the convenience and easiness of the network. In this paper the idea of WLAN and its configuration are explained. The paper also states on the application, technical standard and the safety problems of wireless network.
