摘要
为研究室内热环境与热舒适、工作效率的关系,在镇江和上海的两个工厂采用环境参数测量和问卷方法进行了现场调查。结果表明,热舒适或热中性状态时工作效率不一定为最高,员工效率在稍微凉爽环境下达到最高。并且通过灰色分析得知,当环境温度适宜时,保持室内良好的空气品质能够使员工维持较高的工作效率。
To research the relationship between thermal environment, thermal comfort and productivity in factory, a field study was carried out in two factories in Zhenjiang and Shanghai and which was evaluated by environmental parameters and questionnaires. The results show that productivity does not reach the highest when the occupant is in the neutral or comfortable state. The highest productivity occurs when thermal sensation vote of subjects is slightly cool. With grey system analysis, we know that people in good air quality environment could easily get high productivity when the thermal environment is acceptable, Compared with other factors, keeping good indoor air quality may be the best way to maintain the higher productivity in the factories in this survey.
