摘要
对人力资源评估现有的方法进行分析,重点探讨模糊数量化理论在人力资源评估中应用的优缺点,结合其优点,针对其计算过于烦琐的缺点,可以构建一种新的对组织中的人力资源进行评估的模型和方法,具有较强的理论和实践价值。
This paper analyzes present methods to evaluate human resources, discusses advantages and disadvantages of application of fuzzy quantitative theory in the evaluation of human resources. Based on the advantages and disadvantages that calculation is too complex, a new model and method for evaluating human resources in an organization can be constructed and the new model and method has strong theoretical and practical value.
