农副产品商标战略的实施——以重庆市为例

摘要 重庆市政府主管部门应主动地将知识产权保护工作从城市向农村延伸,实施农副产品商标战略与构建农业产业体系相结合,推进农业产业化经营。重庆市农副产品商标战略应包括:领导机构的设置;农副产品商标注册及培育著名商标发展规划及措施;建立财政资金投入为主的多渠道、多元化的资金投入机制;重点扶持地理标志农副产品的规模发展,加强对地理标志农副产品生产指导和质量管理;帮助指导农户和涉农企业正确使用注册商标,提升品牌知名度;打假维权,优化知名农副产品的发展环境。 The related departments of Chongqing municipal government should actively extend intellectual property protection from cities to countryside and should implement trademark strategy of agricultural and sideling products, construct industrial system of agriculture and enlarge industrialized business of agriculture. The trademark strategy of agricultural and sideling products of Chongqing should include set - up of leadership institute, register measures of agricultural and sideling products and development plan of cultivation of famous trademarks, establishment of many channels of financial capital investment, multiple capital investment mechanism, mainly helping the scale development of agricultural and sideling products which have geological marks, guiding the production and the quality of agricultural and sideling products which have geological marks, helping the companies related to agriculture to properly use registered trademarks, upgrading the brands, countering false brands, optimizing development environment of famous brands of agricultural and sideling products.
