摘要
甘蓝型油菜与诸葛菜杂种是异源混倍体.通过秋水仙碱处理,从杂种试管苗可分化出融合的杂种.融合杂种的染色体数为2n=31.大多数细胞的中期Ⅰ的构型为8Ⅰ+10Ⅱ+1Ⅲ.本文还讨论了细胞融合与染色体组分割机制消失的关系.
The hybrids between Brassica napus and Orychophragmus violaceus were allomixoploid. Through treatment with colchicine, the cytomixis hybrid was differentiated from the plantlets in vitro. The number of chromosomes of the cytomixis hybrid was 2n=31. Most cells showed chromosome configuration with 8I + 10Ⅱ+ lⅢ at metaphase I. The relationship of cytomixis and elimination of mechanism in chromosome set fractionation were discussed.
