腔内隔绝术治疗降主动脉假性动脉瘤疗效观察

目的 探讨腔内隔绝术治疗降主动脉假性动脉瘤的可行性及疗效。方法 本院自2004年4月至2005年8月为2例降主动脉假性动脉瘤患者行腔内隔绝术。2例均为男性，年龄34岁和37岁，1例为外伤性，另1例病因不明。在DSA下分别植入50～60mm直型带膜支架堵闭瘘口。结果 2例手术上均获得成功，瘘口立刻消失，痊愈出院，胸部增强CT复查无内漏。结论 腔内隔绝术治疗降主动脉假性动脉瘤安全，创伤少，近期疗效确切。

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of the endovascular graft exclusion （EVGE）for the treatment of descending aortic pseudoaneurysm. Methods From Apri 2004 to Aug 2005, EVGE was performed on 2 patients suffering from descending aortic pseudoaneurysm. Both axe male, one is 34 years old and the other is 3＂7 years old. One had traumatic rupture of the aorta, the other one didn＇ t have definite cause of pseudoaneurysm. 50 mm or 60 mm stent - graft was implantated under DSA. Results Both operations were successfully performed. The pseudo - outlet disappeared after operation. Neither had endo - leakage. Both were followed up for 2 to 12 months with CT. Neither had a newly formed pseudoaneurysm or endo - leakage. Conclusion Although the long - term results are not available yet, EVGE for the treatment of pseudoaneurysm is effective and early results are satisfactory.
