摘要
目的了解γ射线辐照和保存期对单采血小板的影响。方法单采血小板分为两组:一组25Gy剂量辐照,一组不辐照处理,作为对照组;在贮存的第0、5天分别检测单采血小板计数、pH和表达CD62P的特异性荧光结合阳性血小板百分率(%)。结果保存过程中,辐照组血小板计数及pH值与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);5天的贮存可显著增加了血小板表达CD62P百分率(P<0.05),但辐照组与对照组的血小板在贮存第5天时表达CD62P百分率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论25Gy的辐照对血小板制品的质量无明显影响,与普通血小板制品相同,辐照单采血小板可保存5天。
Objective To investigate the influence of irradiation and storage on apheresis platelets. Methods Apheresis platelets were divided into two groups: one was irradiated with 25Gy,and the other served as a control. Platelet counts,pH and platelet activation marker CD62 antigen were determined in paired samples on the day of collection (day 0) and after 5 days of storage (day 5). Results No significant differences in Platelet counts and PH between the irradiated and control platelets on day 0 or day 5. The 5-day storage significantly increased the percentages of CD62 percentages of CD62p staining was no significant differences in irradiated and control platelets on day 5 (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Irradiation of 25Gy has not obviously influenced on the quality of apheresis platelets. The irradiated apheresis platelets can be kept for 5 days as ordinary apheresis platelets.
