摘要
通过比较以超临界干燥法和以普通空气中干燥得到的氧化锆为载体的CuO/ZrO_2催化剂,发现前者对CO/2H_2合成甲醇的活性优于后者。XRD和TPR结果表明以超临界干燥法制得的氧化锆为载体的催化剂CuO的分散度比空气中干燥所得到的氧化锆为载体的催化剂高。二种载体的孔结构和BET表面积的差异是造成铜在载体上分散度不同的二个主要原因。
CuO/ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation,The support were dried by two different methods: Supercritical and in air.The catalyst prepared by supercritical drying exhibited higher activity for methanol synthesis from CO/2H2 than the catalyst dried in air,The reaction was selected to methanol for both catalysts.It was shown in XRD and TPR that the dispersion of copper on the supercritically dried support was higher than that of air dried support.The former possesses better pore structure and larger specific surface area than the latter does, which lead to a higher dispersion of copper on the supercritically dried support than on the air dried support.
