摘要
采用浸渍法制备载镍CH_4/CO_2重整反应催化剂,应用ICP,BET,EPMA,SEM,TEM,XPS等手段考察了焙烧温度、浸渍液酸度、助剂等制备条件对催化剂结构及反应性能的影响。结果表明,低温热处理制备的Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂具有较高的CH_4/CO_2重整反应活性;强酸或强碱溶液中制备的催化剂尽管活性组分分布及孔结构等均有所不同,但二者的反应活性都很高;稀土助剂的引入对CH_4/CO_2重整反应有促进作用。
The supported nickel catalysts prepared by impregnation used in CH4/CO2 reforming reaction have been studied in ferms of temperature of calcinate,the acidity or basicity of impregnating solution and promoter,By using ICP,BET,EPMA,SEM,TEM and XPS techniques,the effects of preparation conditions on the structure and activity of catalysts were systematically analyzed.The results show that the catalyst preheated in lower temperature has higher reactivity. The catalyst prepared in the strong acid or base solution has more active centers and results in a good reactivity.The reactivity of catalyst prepared with addition of rare earth oxide as promoter can be modified obviously.
