摘要
目的 探讨痰热清治疗肾综合征出血热的效果。方法 将128例肾综合征出血热患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均根据各期的病情变化，进行基础治疗和对症治疗，治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液20ml加至5％葡萄糖500ml中静脉滴注，每日1次，疗程5～7d。结果 治疗组在改善症状、减少并发症、肝肾功能恢复以及缩短病程方面均优于对照组。结论 用痰热清注射液佐治肾综合征出血热有较好效果。
Objective To explore the effects of tanreqing injection on kidney syndrome hemorrhagic fever. Methods 128 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The two groups both received expectiant treatments. The treatment group was treated with 20ml of tanreqing injection and 500ml of 5% glucose injection,once a day,for 5 to 7 days,as well as the rountine treatment used in the control group. Results Better curative effects were found in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Good curative effects can be got by using tanreqing injection.
