血清雌二醇睾酮水平与女性乳腺癌的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察女性乳腺癌患者血清雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(T)的变化。方法采用放射免疫分析(RIA)法,对120例女性乳腺癌患者、40例乳腺良性病变患者及30例正常健康妇女血清E2、T浓度进行检测。结果乳腺癌患者的BMI值和血清E2、T水平明显高于乳腺良性病变组和正常对照组(P<0.05);不同临床分期乳腺癌患者BMI及血清E2、T浓度与TNM分期之间各项指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);乳腺癌患者有无腋窝淋巴结转移其BMI值及血清E2、T检测结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05);血清E2、T浓度在乳腺癌患者绝经前、后存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论高水平雌激素与乳腺癌的发病关系密切,高水平雄激素与乳腺癌的发生亦存在相关关系。在诱导乳腺癌的协同作用中,雌激素是主要的致癌因子,而雄激素主要起到促进乳腺癌形成和加速其发展的作用。 Objective To observe the changes in the levels of estradiol(E2 ) and testosterone(T). Methods Radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to detect the levels of E2 and T of 120 cases of female mammary cancer, 40 eases of malignant mammary changes and 30 formal cases. Results The BMI value and the levels of E2 and T in the cases of mammary cancer were found higher than those in cases of malignant mammary changes and normal cases ( P 〈 0.05). Analysis of variance showed that no significant differences existed between the indexes of BMI, E2 and T and the TNM stages( P 〉0.05). The levels of E2 and T showed significant differences both at the premenopausal and postmenopausal stages ( P 〈0.05 ,or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion High level of E2 is closely related to the attacks of mammary cancer. High level of androgen is also related to the attacks of mammary cancer. E2 acts as the key carcinogenic factor, while androgen help to promote the development and the attacks of mammary cancer.
