加味四逆散联合多虑平治疗肠易激综合征83例临床疗效观察

COMBINED USE OF SINISAN JIAJIAN AND DOXEPIN IN TREATING 62 CASES OF INTESTINAL IRRITABLE SYNDROME

目的验证中药四逆散加减联合多虑平治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效及其安全性。方法收治肠易激综合征(IBS)患者93例,按2:1选择病例,治疗组62例,应用四逆散加减联合多虑平治疗;对照组31例,应用谷维素、黄连素治疗。4周为1疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为85.5%,对照组为60.5%,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。在改善患者腹胀腹痛程度,腹痛天数,及排便满意程度,生活干扰项目等积分,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四逆散加减联合多虑平治疗肠易激综合征疗效肯定,无明显不良反应。

Objective To confirm the curative effects and safety of the combined use of Sinisan Jiajian and doxipin in treating intestinal irritable syndrome（IIS）. Methods 93 cases of IIS were assigned to the treatment group （62 cases） treated with sinisan Jianjian and doxipin and the contrast group （31 cases） treated with oryzanol ard berberine,4 weeks as a course of treatment. Results The curative effects of the treatment group and the contrast group were 85.5 % and 60.5 % respectively, and there was significant differences between them（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sinisan Jiajian can produce better curative effects in terms of the extent of abdominal pains and distension, the lasting time of pains, defecation as well as life intervention.
