摘要
北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)国家实验室的增频(或扭摆)磁铁(Wiggler)光源(储存环电子能量2.2GeV;最大束流强度75mA)提供的同步辐射(SR)白光,激发LREE K-系线,用SRXRFM扫描分析氟碳铈矿物中的轻稀土元素(La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu)的分布。取同一矿区的氟碳铈矿物,粉碎至粒度<300目。一部分熔融,沉淀分离,转成稀土氧化物后,用XRF法分析稀土分量。另一部分,不加任何粘结物质,压成Φ26mm(15g)圆片作为SRXRFM扫描分析的参比样品,从而可计算样品中稀土的含量。
The concentration fo REE(La、 Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm)in bastnaesite have been measured by synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence microprobe(SRXRFM)scanning analysis using excitation of the REE K lines between 33 and 50 keV.SR white beam from a wiggler source at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider(BEPC)National Laboratory,was used to excite the REE.The bastnaesite from the same mineral area was powdered to particle size <300 mesh,then divided Into two parts,one was dete。Ined by oxalate deposit and transform into oxide to use XRF method,the other was pressed as disk without any binder and used as the reference sample.The weight and the diameter of disk were 15 g and 26 mm respectively.
