摘要
通过对优秀击剑运动员不同训练状态下视觉闪光融合频率(CFF)的研究,探讨CFF在击剑运动员机能评定中的应用。研究发现,击剑运动员晨起安静状态下CFF值较其他人群高;运动后CFF先升后降,然后达一稳态;CFF所反映的中枢疲劳和BUN反映的外周疲劳不同步,中枢疲劳产生晚,恢复慢,击剑项目应重视中枢疲劳的评定。
Through researching excellent fencers' CFF in different training condition, approach the application of CFF in the evaluation of fencers' function. The result shows that comparing with others, fencers' CFF is higher; after training CFF raises, then cuts down, and then reaches a steady state; CFF reflexes central fatigue and BUN reflexes periphery fatigue. Their change are derangement, central fatigue emerges later, and recovers slower, in fencing we should think high of central fatigue.
