摘要
我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立以及企业管理的不断完善,使在海尔集团进行人力资源整合的市场条件、供给条件与需求条件日趋成熟。文章以海尔集团成功的整合实践为例,探讨了人力资源整合最终为海尔集团带来的创新效应和品牌效应。
As the socialist market economy system has gradually been established and the business management has been continually consummated, the conditions are mature day by day that the Haler Group carry out the human resources integration, including market condition, supply condition, and demand condition. This paper takes the successful practice of the Haler group as an example and discusses the innovation effect and the brand effect caused by the human resources integration .
