摘要
企业与研发机构合作是一种新型的战略技术联盟,借此企业能够提升产品创新和研发管理能力。在选择合作伙伴时,双方在事先考虑匹配度的同时,有必要站在另一方的角度研究彼此的结构性特征,从而整合成企业与研发机构合作中的选择机制。
A collaboration of corporation and R＆D institution is a new kind of strategy technique alliance. It can develop corporation＇s ability of product innovation and R＆D. To select a partner, both corporation and R＆D institution should consider such degree of matchment, meanwhile, it is neccssary to review partner＇s structural features at the position of our own, then form a choice mechanism in collaboration of corporation and R＆D institution. This paper offers an thinking model rather than a perfect alliance structural features.
