摘要
文章从历史主义视角出发,把企业文化的发展路径分为黑铁企业文化———黄铜企业文化———白银企业文化———铂金企业文化四个阶段,指出当前企业文化以人为本的理念正处于白银企业文化阶段。重点审视了当前企业文化在理论前提、主体、客体、激励方式以及价值观等方面存在的局限性,进而构筑新形势下企业文化以人为本的新理念。
The article shows us the developing path of corporate culture is divided into four stages: black iron corporate culture-brass corporate culture-silver corporate culturc-platinum corporate culture. The ideal of the presently people-oriented corporate culture belongs to the silver corporate culture, which has all sorts of limitations on the premise hypothesis, the main body, the object, the incen- tive way and the value orientation. So we must go out of the ideal of silver corporate culture, constructing the new ideal of the people oriented corporate culture.
