摘要
本文对概念设计中已有的评价决策方法进行讨论与比较,考虑到机构运动方案评价决策阶段的特点,构建了包括动力性能等5大方面,加速度峰值、噪声、可靠性等17个因素的机构运动方案综合评价体系。在介绍整个评价体系的基础上,通过实例,分配评价指标的权重,计算分析评价结果,说明了这种方法在机构运动方案评价决策中的实用性,同时为概念设计的最优化提供技术支持。
This paper puts forward contrast and discussion of the existing evaluation method in conceptual design. In consideration of the characteristics during the phase of evaluation of mechanical movement scheme, a evaluation system is constructed, which consists of 5 aspects including dynamics, as well as 17 factors such as maximal acceleration, noise ,reliability and so on. Based on the introduction of the whole system ,this paper allocates the weighting of all the proportion of factors and analyzes the result via examples, which explains the practicability of each specified method in evaluation, meanwhile, provide technical support to the optimization of conceptual design.
