论新农村建设与农村金融生态系统的重构

On Rural Construction and Restructure of Rural Financial Ecosystem

加快农村经济的发展是建设新农村的物质基础,而农村经济的快速发展又离不开完善的农村金融生态系统。当前我国农村金融生态系统严重失衡,与建设新农村的目标极不协调,因此,从金融生态环境建设、金融服务产品创新和金融组织体制创新三方面重构和改善我国农村金融生态系统势在必行。

Just as that agricultural economy is the basis for rural development, the improvement of rural financial ecosystem is the basis for the speeding- up of agricultural economy. The unbalanced rural financial ecosystem in China is incompatible extremely with the goal of rural re- construction. The restructure and improvement of the rural financial ecosystem can be reached through the building of rural financial environment, financial services innovation and innovations of financial organizations and institutions.
