摘要
采用垂直聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对85只小尾寒羊在转铁蛋白(Tf)位点上的6个生长性状进行了研究.结果表明:Tf位点检出了8种基因型TfAA、TfBB、TfCC、TfAB、TfAC、TfBC、TfCD、TfAD,受4个等位基因TfA、TfB、TfC、TfD控制,其中TfC为优势基因;羊只的6个表型性状在血清转铁蛋白位点的不同基因型之间存在一定的差异,除在体重和体长位点上TfCC型显著大于TfBB型外(P<0.05),其余4个性状均表现为弱相关.据此认为,TfCC型可作为小尾寒羊体重和体长两生长性状早期选种的辅助标记.
The study on 6 growth characters at Tf polymorphism loci of 85 Small-tail Han sheep was carried out with vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). The results showed that there were eight genotypes,TfAA, TfBB, TfCC, TfAB, TfAC, TfBC, TfCD and TfAD, at the Tf loci, they were controlled by four alleles Tf^A, Tf^B, Tf^C andTf^D, among which Tfc is the dominant gene. There existed certain phenotype difference among 8 genotypes,the body weight and body length of TfCC genotype were significantly bighter than those of the TfBB (P〈0.05), the other characters showed an on inferior relevance(P〉0. 05). The TfCC genotype may be regared as the assistant mark for early stage selecting on body weight and body length of Smail-tail Han sheep.
