摘要
用外源激素S3307和IBA+NAA对甜椒进行浸种处理,测定了处理后甜椒幼苗的细胞膜透性、SOD、POD、MDA、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖以及脯氨酸等抗逆性生理指标.结果表明:S3307和IBA+NAA浸种均可降低甜椒幼苗叶片的相对电导率,其中以5 mg/L S3307和10 mg/L IBA+10 mg/L NAA处理效果最佳.同时,浸种处理可显著增强低温下幼苗的保护酶活性,降低膜脂过氧化程度,提高甜椒幼苗的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及脯氨酸的含量,从而提高了幼苗的抗冷性.
Sweet pepper seeds were soaked with S3307 and IBA+NAA,the physiological indexes,sucb as cell membrane permealility, SOD,POD,MDA, soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline of sweet pepper sedlings were measured after seed soaking. The results showed that the relative electric conductivity of sweet pepper seedling leaves decreased significantly after seed soaking, the optimum exogenous hormone concentration were 50 mg/L S3307 and 10 mg/L IBA+10 mg/L IAA. Meaniwhile,the protective enzyme activities increased,the contents of soluble protein,carbohydrate and proline decreased after seeds soaking.
