摘要 以不同浓度NaCl、Na2SO4溶液处理香椿幼苗,观测分析盐分胁迫对其生长发育的影响.结果表明,1.0 g/L以上浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4处理对香椿幼苗植株生长和根系发育都产生不同程度的抑制作用,且随盐分浓度的上升,危害加剧;当盐分总浓度低于2.0 g/L,NaCl的危害性大于Na2SO4;当盐分总浓度在3.0 g/L以上时,Na2SO4的危害性大于NaCl;当盐分总浓度相同时,NaCl和Na2SO4复合盐危害性较NaCl、Na2SO4单盐轻. The effects of salt stress on seedling growth and development of Chinese toona treated with NaCI and Na2SO4 at different concerntration were observed and analyzed. The results showed that when concerntration of NaCI and Na2SO4 were above 1.0 g/L,plant development and root growth of Chinese toona were restrained. With the increasing of salt concerntration, the inhibition aggravated. When total salt concerntration was lower than 2.0 g/L,the harm of NaCI was much more than that of Na2SO4 ,and when total salt concerntion was above 3.0 g/L,the result was opposite. The harm of compound sail was less than that of single salt at the same concerntration.
