摘要
在不同的温度、光照、酸碱度和营养等条件下对甜瓜主要采后致病菌——粉红聚端孢的菌丝生长和孢子萌发情况进行了研究.结果表明:病原菌菌丝生长温度范围为10~35℃,最适生长温度为25℃.病原菌菌丝在pH3~8的范围内均能生长.最适pH值为6.光照条件对菌丝的生长无显著影响.离体培养的营养试验中碳源以添加甜瓜汁液的培养基菌丝生长最好.其次为添加葡萄糖的培养基(PDA);氮源则以添加VB的培养基菌丝生长效果最好.孢子在无菌蒸馏水中的萌发温度范围为10~35℃,最适温度为25℃,此时孢子萌发率最高.为50%.孢子萌发的pH为3.0~8.0,但在pH值为4.0~7.0时萌发率较高,结果还表明,分生孢子在黑暗条件下萌发速度快且萌发率高.
Effect of temperature,pH,light and nutrition condition on hyphal growth and spore germination of Trichothecium roseum as a postharvest pathogen of muskmelon were studied. The results were as follows:suitable temperature for hypha growth was 10~35 ℃, the optimum temperature for growth was 25℃. The hypha could grow under pH3~8, the optimum pH value was 6, and it was not sensitive to light. The hypha grew best on media with the juice of muskmelon as C-source and V B as N-source. In the sterile distilled water,the temperature for spore germination of Trichothecium roseum was 10~35℃, the optimum temperature was 25℃ ,and at this temperature,the germination rate reached the highest 50%. The pH3.0~9.0 was suitable for the spore germination of Trichothecium roseum, and the optimum pH value was 4.0~7.0. Darkness was benefit for the spore germination of Trichothecium roseum.
