摘要
通过对联合收割机的动力学分析,建立了自走式联合收割机振动系统的力学模型及其耦合振动方程,推导出了联合收割机在静止空载状态下发动机转动,以及静止空载状态下发动机和割刀同时运动、运输和收割4种不同状态下的矩阵方程.该结果为收割机振动系统的频率特性、振动强度、结构参数的进一步分析计算提供了理论依据.
Based on dynamic analysis of combine harvester,the mechanical models and coupled vibration equ tions in ations of vibration system for self-walking combine harvester were established. The matrix equafour different conditions were deduced. The four conditions were set up as. running the motor alone without displacement and load, coordinated running of the motor and cutter without displacement and load, transporting and reaping. The results would provide theoretical foundation for the further study on frequency characteristic,vibration strength and structure parameters of combine vibration system.
