热压干燥对竹材吸湿膨胀性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对热压干燥竹材和气干竹材的吸湿膨胀特性进行的测试和分析结果表明:热压干燥竹材竹间和竹节的吸湿膨胀率均是径向大于弦向和纵向;而热压干燥竹材竹间部位的吸湿膨胀率小于气干竹材的竹间部位,热压干燥竹材竹节径向的吸湿膨胀率略大于气干竹材竹节的径向,其余各方向均小于气干竹材竹节部位。热压干燥竹材竹节吸湿膨胀率除纵向外,均是竹节部位大于竹间部位。 The hygroscopicity and expansion of bamboo timber dried via hot pressing were measured and analyzed. The result showed that the expanding rate of the sample pressed in radial direction was bigger than that in the tangential direction and the longitudinal direction with knot and knotless. The expanding rate of the sample pressed was smaller than that of the sample air dried in knotless section; and in the knot section, except in radial direction, the others direction was the same as in knotless section; and except in the longitudinal direction, the sample pressed in the knot section was bigger than that in the knotless section.
