摘要
济钢中厚板厂ACC系统存在时有通讯中断、编码器丢码、三系统交换数据误差大、ACC区域停板等问题。通过改进实际速度与设定速度不一致和编码器的安装方式,修改精轧机控制程序等措施,解决了存在的问题,满足了开发X60、JG670DB等新钢种的要求。
The ACC system in Heavy Plate Plant of Jigang have some problems such as communication interrupt, encoder losing yardage, too much message error exchanged by the three systems and plates stopping in ACC areaetc. By improving the discordance between actual speed and design speed, installing mode of encoders and modifying the controlled program of finishing mill, the existent problems are solved. Now the system meets the needs of developing new plates such as X60, JG670DB and so on.
