摘要
对山东省普通高校体育教师的性别结构、年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、综合能力情况等各方面进行了分析,并对高校体育课程实施的师资需求情况及高校体育教师职后继续教育情况进行了调查.进而对于加强高校体育师资队伍建设提出几点建议.
In this paper, the structures of gender, age, record of formal schooling and title for the physical education teachers in universities in Shandong Province are analyzed, and the teachers＂ comprehensive ability circumstance, needing circumstance and continuous education circumstance are studied. Some advices are given to build qualified teachers queue.
