濒危植物翅果油树花药等位酶及其活性的研究

摘要 本文以濒危物种翅果油树三个种群的26个个体的花药为材料.在等位酶水平上采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳[PAGE]和液染法对过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)进行研究;并与翅果油树同属但不濒危物种———伞花胡颓子对照,从酶水平上探讨其濒危机制.实验结果表明:(1)翅果油树花药三个种群间已有遗传分化,种群内个体间的遗传组成也有明显差异;(2)环境不同对翅果油树的生长状况造成相应的影响;(3)翅果油树在自然条件下其酶活性与伞花胡颓子差异不大,表明酶活性高低可能对翅果油树的濒危不造成很大的影响. The article studies on 26 individuals's anther from the three Elaeagnus mollis populations' anthers . Studying on allozyme of POD and CAT with method PAGE and Pigmentation. Using the spectrophotometer determine the activities of POD and CAT . Comparing the difference of enzyme activities of Elaeagnus mollis and E. schlechtendalli. Serv searches the endangered reasons. Using statistical method and cluster analysis method to analyze the data, the results indicate: (1)There are obvious genetic diversity among the three populations and difference of genetic structure in all the individuals. (2) Difference environment brings correspond influence to the growth of Elaeagnus mollis. (3) Comparation of enzyme activities, there are just Elaeagnus moll/sand E. schlechtendalli. Serv , the results show that the degree of enzyme activities is not the main reason for the endangered of Elaeagnus mollis.
