政治文明是一个历史的过程,中国的社会主义政治文明建设离不开中国传统政治文化的影响;中国传统政治文化对政治文明建设既有积极影响又有消极制约。其制约主要表现为:伦理性的政治文化制约着社会主义政治意识的现代化,宗教性的政治文化制约着社会主义政治制度的科学化和民主化,自律性的政治文化制约着社会主义政治行为的法制化。
