教育事业是一个民族最根本的事业,师德建设又是教师队伍建设中的根本建设。教师队伍的师德状况如何,将直接影响到全体学生乃至整个民族的素质。因此,在揭示知识经济时代医学院校师德内涵的基础上,通过对师德现状进行调查与分析,进而提出对策性建议,很有必要。

Educational career is the most basic career of a nation, and the construction of the teachers＇ moral character is another most basic one of the construction of teachers. The teachers＇ moral character situation will directly affect the quality of all the students and even the whole nation. We can say that if the teachers＇ moral character booms then the education will boom, and then the nation will boom. So we must intensify the construction of the advanced medical college teachers＇ moral character. On the basis of revealing the connotation of the advanced medical college teachers＇ moral character in the knowledge economy times, by investigating and analyzing the current situations of our advanced medical college teachers＇ moral character, this article puts forward some corresponding suggestions towards the construction of the medical college teachers＇ moral character.
