葛洪的《抱朴子》是熔宗教哲学与科学技术思想为一炉的仙学名著。尽管《抱朴子.内篇》通篇宣扬的是神秘主义的“成仙长寿”的道教思想,但是,其中的许多内容具有医学价值,还有待于后人不断地发掘和研究。

Ge Hong＇s Pao-pu-tzu is a famous work, which integrates religious philosophy with the thinking of science and technology . The whole book depicts Taoist thought with mysticism and ＂becoming immortal beings＂, but much of it has medical importance, which needs deploring and researching by the later gernerations.
