通过介绍创新的内涵,指出高等学校学生管理工作创新的必然性、方向、目标及其意义,并提出了在创新思路倡导下高校构建学生管理工作的新模式:破除旧的管理观念,培养学生的自我管理能力,培养学生的创新精神。

Through the introduction of the meaning of innovation, the author points out the necessity, direction, aim and significance of the innovation in student management work of colleges and universities. The author also puts forward the new mode to construct student management work guided by the initiative thought： eradicate the old management idea; train student＇s self-management ability and innovation spirit.
