社会资源配置方式决定个人收入分配方式,收入分配结果要体现生产要素所有者的利益。在社会主义市场经济条件下必须按生产要素进行收入分配,按劳分配是按生产要素分配的一种表现形式,为实现社会公平目标,还需要建立对按生产要素分配结果进行调整的收入再分配机制。

Social resources disposition form determines individual income distribution form. The result of income distribution should reflect the interest of the owners of essential factors of production. The income must be distributed according to essential factors of production in market economy. Distribution according to labour is one form of distributions according to essential factors of production. It is necessary to establish a redistribution system of income which is adjusted according to the distribution results of essential factors of production.
