Countermeasure Thinking about Realizing Decision-Making Scientifically on Public Investment

随着我国市场经济的发展、现代化进程的加快,公共投资建设的规模越来越大。如何实现公共投资决策的科学化,是改进政府投资管理和提高公共投资效率的重要保证。本文从公共投资决策的特殊性入手,针对我国公共投资决策存在的突出问题,分析了公共投资决策科学化的保证条件,提出了实现公共投资决策科学化的对策措施。

The construction scale of public investment will be bigger and bigger with development of China＇s market economy and acceleration of the process of modernization. How to realize decision-mak ing of public investment scientifically is the important guarantee to improve government investment management and efficiency of public investment. This paper analyzes the guarantee conditions and put forward countermeasures of realizing public investment decision-making scientifically in China starting with the particularity of public investment decision-making and aiming at the existing significant problems of public investment decision-making.
