摘要
经济全球化的时代也正是企业向着文化管理阶段迈进的时代,企业文化作为新的管理理论受到了我国管理理论界和企业界的广泛关注,如何正确处理企业文化与人力资源管理的关系,并在人力资源变革中结合进行企业文化的梳理变革,对企业管理者具有非常重要的现实意义。
The age of economy globalization is also the age of enterprise's moving in the direction of cultural management stage. Being a new management theory, enterprise culture attracts great attention in the management theory world and the business world of our country. It has great realistic meaning to handle the relationship between enterprise culture and human resource management correctly and to transform the enterprise culture in the transformation of human resource.
